Synopsis:
Patrolman John Morales walks the beat in one of America's most hard-nosed cities. John doesn't just see himself as law and order. He feels a strong sense of duty to protect the community which he serves. Like any good cop, he's also very loyal to the badge and trusts his fellow officers with his life. However, one fateful evening, that trust is shattered when he witnesses a cop fatally shoot a local drug dealer. The shooter is a Narcotics Officer named Vincent Serrano. After realizing they were caught in the act, Vincent and his gang violently pursue John, but he manages to escape. What follows is an epic battle for the soul of the department. John plots to bring down Vincent and his crew. While the dangerously calculating Vincent uses threats, murder, and even John's own family, as motives to eliminate John before he can expose them.
